The Provider (FLOW) processes all the user’s data in compliance with the provisions of Swiss data protection legislation. The Provider is authorised to collect and process personal data for the objective of concluding the contract and offering the contractual services.

The User agrees that their data can be shared with relevant data processors, such as outsourcing partners, authorised payment providers, advertising agents or similar, for the performance, processing and management of the contractual agreement. Personal data may also be used by provider and/or third parties in anonymised form for statistics, research and study purposes.
The vehicles use a tracking system to recognise their location. Location data is strictly used as security against theft and damage, as well as for internal evaluation for improving the service area.
ElectricFeel understands the importance of your personal data privacy, and we take it seriously. This Privacy Policy demonstrates how FLOW collects, uses, maintains, protects and discloses information in accordance with the current data protection law.

- FLOW app
- E-mails, texts, other messages, surveys and phone calls between you and the FLOW team
What type of information FLOW collects about you
- Personal and contact information, namely information by which we may identify you: e-mail address, telephone number, name, surname.
- Legal documents to be eligible for using the service via the FLOW app.
- Location information: FLOW vehicles use a tracking system to recognise their location. This data is strictly used to allow safe start and end of rentals, association with battery charging locations (Hubs), as security against theft and damage, as well as for internal evaluation for improving the service.
- Vehicle data: license plate number, key number, tracker number.
- App permissions: Camera & Location
- Driving and usage data: mileage per trip, rental period, total mileage, speed, battery swapping or charging activity.
How we collect this information
- Online: through our vehicle tracking technology, our Site, the FLOW app, forms, subscription to newsletter and similar. We collect and store data only if there is a legal basis to do so. Furthermore, we may collect information that is publicly available (for example in LinkedIn).
- Offline: when attending events related to the shared mobility industry, during phone calls with our sales and partnership team members, or when you contact us via available means of communication.
How we use this information
- To be able to offer you the service in a safe, and effective manner.
- To send you emails and other marketing communications.
- To send you relevant material on the topic of sustainable shared mobility that can provide benefits to you.
- To send you administrative communications such as information regarding changes to our terms, to our policies and to our Sites.
- To communicate with you and respond to your comments, questions and requests.
- To improve your browsing experience and to provide general statistics.
How FLOW retains the information
We retain the data listed above for as long as the data is needed to provide you the service, and as long as you have an account with us.
Upon your request to delete your account with FLOW, we will either delete or pseudonymize the data on our servers. In case we are required to keep the data (e.g., for the period required to store commercial invoices), we will securely store your information and use it only for the purposes required.
At any time you have the right to unsubscribe from our communications.

Our communications may provide links to other websites. FLOW does not control and is not responsible for the content or practices of these other websites. When providing these links we do not endorse these websites, their content, their owners, or their practices. This Privacy Policy does not apply to these other websites, which are subject to their own privacy policies.
